2024/06 Participation in the ICTMP International Conference

On June 26, 2024, HBRCC team attended the International Conference on Tribology in Manufacturing Processes (ICTMP) in Alcoy, Spain.

The three-day conference covered six themes: Tribology in Additive Manufacturing; Machining and Forming Processes; Modeling, Simulation, and Experimental Techniques; Environmentally Friendly Solutions; Surface Engineering and Coatings; and Advanced Lubricants.

Prof. Hsu-Wei Fang, Director of the High-Value Biomaterials Research and Commercialization Center (HBRCC), served as a keynote speaker, sharing long-term research in orthopedic, ophthalmic, and oral biology, and receiving valuable feedback.

Research Assistant Prof. Chen-Ying Su presented a poster titled "Investigating the Protection of Conformational Change of Albumin by Polysaccharides in the Artificial Joint System," winning second place in the poster competition.

The event fostered connections with international universities and biotech companies.
