The main layout is divided into four major sections:

Keyboard shortcut (Accesskey) instructions are as follows:
Alt + U: Top Submenu Area — moves focus to the items at the top of the page.
Alt + R: Homepage Right Utility Area — moves focus to event highlights and quick services on the right side of the homepage.
Alt + L: Quick Services Area — moves focus to the quick services area on the left side of the page.
Alt + C: Main Content Area — moves focus to the main content section.
Alt + B: Bottom Related Links Area — includes contact details, transportation info, and related links.

Note for Firefox users: Use Shift + Alt + [Accesskey]. For example, Shift + Alt + C will jump directly to the main content area, and so on.
